This documentation is completed by staff members that work directly with persons with disabilities in various programs including residential and day programs.
These services are through HCBS/Habilitation/RCF, etc.

An online/electronic documentation program is utilized.
Must complete timely, accurate reports for billing personnel.
Must be computer savvy and be trained by online experts, willing to seek assistance and set up programs as required within the online system.
The successful candidate will perform and oversee quality assurance tasks in all departments for persons with disabilities.
Training responsibilities of staff in multiple departments.
Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills required.
The ability to understand state regulations and ensure compliance.
People skills is a must to work successfully with employees in various departments to enhance the quality of services delivered.
Must be self-disciplined, motivated and able to work independently.
Must possess leadership skills that build cohesiveness and positivity in the workplace.
Supervisory experience is required.
Must be able to carry out and complete all required quality assurance measures, timely.
Various hours may occasionally be required to meet deadlines, perform training, and quality assurance tasks/monitoring.
The candidate must be flexible and dependable.
Pay is commensurate with level of experience.
